Q: When will pre-orders ship?
A: Orders will begin shipping in mid-August in the order they are received (excluding weekends and holidays).
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together when all are ready.
If you need the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Q: I didn’t see the bonus gifts in the package?
A: The writing board and stickers are packed inside the journal. Simply open it up and you’ll find them inside.
Q: How do I change the cover?
A: Just remove the PVC sleeve and flip the book to the reverse side—your second cover is ready to go!
Q: Can I write with fountain pens or use stamps and watercolor?
A: Yes! The journal opens flat and uses high-quality Japanese “Paradise Bird” paper, great for fountain pens, pencils, and regular pens.
Watercolor works too—as long as you don’t use too much water.
For stamping, we recommend pigment ink or drier ink pads to avoid bleed-through (especially since the pages are light-colored).
